Health Benefits
With such a unique nutrient profile, no wonder so many people are adding beef bone broth to their lifestyle!
It could be because a slow-simmered beef bone broth takes anywhere from 10 to 20 hours to make. That isn’t exactly easy to fit into a busy schedule. Additionally, to maximize the benefits of bone broth, it must be made with only the best ingredients and grass-fed bones, which can be tricky to find. So we’ve taken care of the tough stuff for you (and made it taste good).
We just recently upgraded our grass-fed bone broth recipe to deliver 40% more protein and more collagen. While still delivering the great smoothness and clarity of the beef bone broths you have come to expect from K&F, the new beef recipe is a much heartier and more robust beef flavor.
Our grass-fed beef bone broth is:
Simmered for 20+ hours
Made with marrow bones from 100% grass-fed & finished cattle
Free from hormones, antibiotics,and additives
Certified gluten free
Non-GMO
MSG-free, dairy free, and soy-free
Paleo friendly, Keto, and Whole30 approved
Nutrition and Ingredients
Pure, Clean Nutrition in Every Sip
Kettle & Fire’s Beef Bone Broth contains collagen, a protein many of our customers say they haven’t been getting enough of from other foods.
Our bone broth also contains amino acids and compounds such as glucosamine, glycine, proline, and chondroitin.
This powerful combination of nutrients may help you feel younger, happier, and more energized.
Unlike supplements created in the lab, bone broth is whole food nutrition. We simmer bones, water, and organic veggies for a really long time. Vacuum-seal the broth while it’s still hot. And that’s what you drink. Clean, simple, and pure.
What's in our Bone Broth?
Marrow Bones From Pasture-Raised, 100% Grass-Fed & Finished Cattle. 10 grams of protein per serving. Organic vegetables and spices. Organic onions, organic carrots, organic celery, organic parsley, sea salt, spice. Apple cider vinegar (which extracts even more nutrients from the bones). Contains collagen.
With our beef bone broth, all you have to do is heat, pour, and sip. You could also add it to a number of recipes to instantly upgrade the nutritional value.

Why Bone Broth?
What makes bone broth so special? The short answer is collagen. Bones and connective tissue are sources of type II collagen — a protein that’s known for supporting skin, gut, and joint health.
How Do You Make Your Bone Broth?
We slow-simmer our 100% grass-fed & finished beef bones, or organic pasture-raised chicken bones for 20+ hours on low heat, along with organic vegetables and spices. This long cook process releases the natural collagen into the broth.
How Does Your Bone Broth Have A Shelf Life Of Two Years?
We use millions of dollars worth of packaging technology to vacuum seal our bone broth and give it a shelf life of two years without using antibiotics or additives.
What Is Your Bone Broth Made Of?
Beef bone broth: Beef Broth (Water, Beef Bones), Organic Onions, Organic Carrots, Organic Celery, Organic Parsley, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Spice. BEEF BROTH MADE WITH FILTERED WATER AND GRASS-FED BEEF BONES.
Chicken bone broth: Chicken Bone Broth (Water, Organic Chicken Bones, Organic Celery, Organic Onion, Organic Carrots, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Spices), Chicken Broth, Contains Less Than 2% of Organic Celery, Organic Poblano Peppers, Organic Red Pepper, Organic Onion, Organic Carrots, Organic Garlic, Organic Scallions, Organic Tomato Puree (Organic Tomato Paste, Water), Organic Spices, Sea Salt
Is Your Packaging BPA-Free, Recyclable And Eco-Friendly?
Not only do we want to make and sell the best bone broth, but we want to do so in a way that is environmentally friendly. Our packaging is recyclable and made mainly of wood fibre – a natural and renewable raw material. Our packaging is BPA and BPS-free. No harmful styrofoam and dry ice packaging is ever used.
What Do I Do With My Bone Broth?
We like to drink a mug of it, just like you would coffee or tea. In fact, warming up a cup of broth and adding a pinch of salt to taste is a great way to start your morning—try drinking 8 ounces a day, every day. Of course, you can use it in recipes wherever it calls for broth or stock, or turn it into a base for your favorite soup. Once you open your bone broth, just pop it in the fridge. After being opened, it will stay good for 7-10 days.
