- Free Shipping: Delivery in 4-7 business days, additional 2-3 business days for processing
- FedEx 2 Day Delivery: 2 business days, additional 2-3 business days for processing
- FedEx Overnight Delivery: 1 business day, additional 2-3 business days for processing
What is the delivery process?
The Kettle & Fire freight fairies work diligently to get your selections delivered as quickly as possible!
Sometimes this means your order may be split into more than one package (we do not charge for separate shipments), each with a unique tracking number.
If you don’t see your packages on the same day, don’t panic! We recommend waiting 2-3 business days before reaching out to Customer Support to ensure that your delivery is completed in full.

If you see that your tracking is already populated above then your package is on it's way to you. The carrier may provide an estimated delivery date, however we usually see delivery within 5-8 business days.
